This past November, we had the delightful pleasure of hosting a pickleball clinic at Pickles and Play in Wake Forest. It was a magical day filled with paddles, community and lots of laughter!
Here’s a little recap just for you!
From the moment our participants walked in, they were greeted with bubbles of orange juice and prosecco—a perfect toast to kick off a day filled with energy, enthusiasm, and learning. The scene was set with fresh flowers, pink balloons, and beautiful linens that truly brought the Courts & Couture vibe to life!
Our pickleball pros, Hailee Haymore and Lane Ethridge, led the clinic with their contagious energy. They expertly demonstrated new skills, walked us through effective drills, and organized us into groups of four for practice. This structure, not only helped in honing our pickleball skills but also gave us the chance to create new friendships and play partners.
Of course, the clinic wasn’t just about improving our game – we brought the party with delicious boxed lunches featuring sandwich wraps, fresh fruit, crispy chips, and a scrumptiously decorated cupcake to sweeten the deal. And, we had the most fun gifting each participant with an adorable set of pink bracelets inside an oyster ornament adorned with pickleball paddles. They were such a cute!🏓
